See the campus without owning the cleanup queue

Some packs only unlock the map, or map plus light insights. Hall porters, faculty observers, and estate viewers often land here. They are first-class users, not incomplete ops accounts.

Observer flow

1. Open Map. Learn bin codes for the halls or faculties you cover.

2. Read place sheets. Check waste stream and directions before you escalate verbally.

3. Escalate clearly. If you cannot report in-app, tell Operations the public bin code and what you saw.

4. Use insights only when your pack includes them, for weekly awareness, not for assigning crews.

Scope matters

When packs include campus or hall scope, observers should only see their area. Ask your ops lead how scopes were set.

Practice path

1. Sign in with a Map only or observer pack.
2. Confirm Field and most Ops menus are gone.
3. Walk three bins on the map and write down their public codes.
