Overview: the daily loop

Getting started

From a dirty bin to a closed issue

TRACK CLEAN connects people who notice problems with people who fix them, then keeps a trustworthy record for the campus.

The promises

For reporters: See it. Report it. Fix it. Track the impact.

For the institution: Know where the campus is dirty, why, who is responsible, and whether it was actually fixed.

Walk the loop

  1. Notice. Someone sees overflow, damage, litter, or wrong disposal at or near a bin.

  2. Report. They open the map or scan the bin label, add photos, and send the report (with a short verification step).

  3. Prioritize. Operations sees new issues and any “I’m seeing this too” confirmations.

  4. Assign. A field crew gets the job.

  5. Clean and prove. The crew starts work and uploads proof.

  6. Close and learn. Operations closes the issue. Reporters can be notified. Leadership reviews impact over time.

Capture clear photos so crews know what to fix.

Practice in the app

Try this:

On a training walk, pick one real bin, file a test report with two clear photos, then watch it appear for operations.
