Platform access is for Track Clean staff. School operators should receive institution packs only.
Platform staff may
- Help create or inspect institutions
- Support handover and training
- Maintain this public handbook when their pack allows documentation edits
School staff should
- Use Operations, Field, and Map packs for their university
- Invite colleagues through Team
- Avoid platform wide access in normal campus work
Try this:
During handover, write down who holds platform access and who holds campus operations access. Review that list every semester.
