Your institution and campuses

Getting started

One product, your campus data

Each university runs as its own institution. Large schools may have more than one campus on the map. Other institutions cannot see your reports or bins.

What to remember

• Institution means your university’s space in TRACK CLEAN.
• Campus is a place on the map (for example two main sites).
• Bins, reports, and crews belong to your institution.
• Platform staff at Track Clean can support many institutions. School operators stay inside their own.

When you invite people

You choose an access pack and, when needed, a campus focus. A porter on one campus should not need the same tools as the sanitation lead for the whole university.

Learning check

If two campuses share one institution, can Campus A’s observers see Campus B’s bins by default? Only if their pack and campus settings allow it. Ask your operations lead how packs were set up.

Open operations home

Try this: Open the map, switch between campuses if your school has more than one, and note how bin lists change.
