• Live site works over HTTPS
• Hosting and data ownership are agreed in writing
• Ops leads bookmarked this handbook
• At least one operations lead can sign in and assign work
• Field crew leads can open jobs and submit proof
• Maintenance schedule is confirmed privately
• Production readiness checklist from the private pack is signed

1. Walk the daily loop once end to end on production data you are allowed to use for training.
2. Invite one new staff member using the real Team flow.
3. Confirm they land in the right app area for their pack.
