Crew checklist

1. Open Field and review the ranked list.
2. Navigate to the bin if you need walking directions from the map.
3. Start the job when you begin.
4. Submit proof photos (or the allowed “not cleaned” outcome with a clear reason).
5. Let operations finish closing when review is required.

Proof quality

Take proof from a similar angle to the original report when you can. That makes review faster and builds trust with students who reported the issue.

Habits that save time

• Do not skip proof when the process requires it.
• One open issue per problem keeps the board honest.
• If you cannot finish, say so with the outcome your pack allows instead of leaving the job hanging.
